BJ finally arrives in England to hear of a man who’s been in a coma, unaged, for 65 years. Stein wants to analyse him to find out why he hasn’t aged, but his niece has hired Kiriko to put an end to it. BJ operates, but afterwards the patient ages and dies upon finding out that his family had died.

When Aritani is pushed in front of a train to cover a large embezzlement, BJ buys the hospital he’s in in order to save his life.

With the help of Ayako, BJ boards the Sky Hospital, a plane developed by Dr White, which is on the way to England. But the plane is hijacked by militants en route. The pilots are injured and fuel is low, it’s a race against time to get onto the ground.

After seeing him at Kreutzer’s hospital, BJ goes to talk to Stein, who runs a hospital in Germany. There he meets a familiar face and finds out an orphan and a pianist is going to get a replacement robotic arm. Upon learning from Pinoko that anyone could play the piano with them, he asks for an alternative. After BJ treats the patient, Stein flees to England.

The hospital’s controller, Devon, wants BJ to pretend to be Kreutzer in order to buy time to pick a new director. BJ refuses, until he finds out the patient is Suzie’s mother.
